Upon contacting Ashtabula Market, we will ask you a series of questions about your house or property for sale.  We will explain the options of listing online.  If you want your own website, possible domain names will be discussed, and we will research to find the best available name for your website.

You'll learn about the different options that Ashtabula Market offers, including:

We will then schedule a mutually convenient time to take photographs of your property.  While we're taking the pictures, we'll ask You to provide input as to what text and additional information you would like to have in your listing.  The photography process typically takes about two hours.

After designing and launching your page or website, you can post the web address in your own print ad, such as in your local newspaper or other home-listing publications.  We'll take care of posting your virtual flyer online to the sites listed on our home page.  If you are listing through a realtor, it is very likely that the realtor could provide a link from the listing page to YOUR flyer.  The possibilities of marketing your home are limitless.  MORE prospective buyers will go online to see your property!

  • submission of your flyer to multiple listings on several classified websites, plus a link to your website will appear on AshtabulaMarket's listing page!

Your Listing on AshtabulaMarket.com: Prices start at $80.00*.  This will include:

  • a virtual flyer that is printable in pdf format for your brochure box, handouts, or open houses
  • all the professional photography to be used in your listing
  • descriptive narrative of the features of the house
  • the design, building, and maintenance of the page
  • your listing will remain online until your house sells or you ask us to take remove it!
  • submission of your flyer to multiple listings on several classified websites, plus a link to your flyer will appear on AshtabulaMarket's listing page!

We will work closely with you to make your listing give the message that you want to convey.

A Virtual Tour, when purchased in conjunction with one of the above packages, is an additional $40.00.  This will include up to six 360 degree panoramic scenes, plus additional stills.

Updates and changes to the website are free, up to one hour's worth of work, per month.  (Additional pictures taken would incur charges.)
